Innexin-hemichannel-茧蜂病毒-免疫抑制相互作用机制

以无脊椎动物寄生蜂病毒-寄生蜂-寄主作为研究模式,研究在茧蜂病毒免疫抑制下hemichannel在细胞通讯调控作用,研究主要集中在:1)茧蜂病毒介导的hemichannel关闭与凋亡细胞形成凋亡小体的关系;2Hemichnanel在凋亡小体传递免疫抑制信号的作用;3)调控hemichannel在细胞通讯调控的害虫生物防治。

Connexin-hemichannel-脑转移-免疫反应相互作用机制

以云南宣威肺癌细胞的脑转移模式,研究Connexin-hemichannel在脑神经中枢的肿瘤免疫反应中的通讯调控机制,研究主要集中在:(1Hemichannel在宣威肺癌脑转移中的调控机制;(2Hemichannel在星形胶质细胞与肺癌细胞间的调控机制;(3)调控hemichannel在脑转移瘤细胞间的通讯机制,为肺癌脑转移的治疗提供实验基础。
