研究方向

肠道干细胞和肠癌的微环境调控:利用类器官(organoid)模型和高通量CRISPR/Cas9遗传筛选平台,以小鼠为模式动物研究(1)干细胞通路(如Wnt信号通路)的分子机制及其在肠道干细胞和肠癌微环境调控中的作用;(2)肠道屏障在生理和病理(如肠癌)条件下的上皮细胞和间充质细胞、免疫细胞等的相互作用。
